2.Continuous operation is adopted, The front-end feeding and back-end discharging can be operated by one person, the cam splitter is adopted, the positioning is accurate, the vacuum sealing time is adjustable, and it has its own water-cooling protection function, which can work continuously
3.The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel with corrosion resistance, which can be used in harsh environment. The platen and working room are made of 8mm thickened 304 stainless steel, and the frame body is 16mm304 stainless steel. It has no air leakage and deformation for long-term use, polished and brushed appearance, beautiful appearance and convenient cleaning
4.It adopts intelligent PLC control and touch human-computer interaction interface, with good waterproof effect, simple operation, adjustable vacuum, sealing and cooling time, high stability, independent electrical cabinet, convenient maintenance and not easy to be affected with moisture.
5.The working angle of the machine can be adjusted, and the worktable can be tilted at four angles, which can prevent the leakage of packages containing liquid. Compared with the traditional double chamber vacuum machine, the use experience is better
6.The side cover and chain cover are installed separately, which is very convenient for chain maintenance. The chain adopts large pitch chain with very good tensile strength. Belt hinge is made of 304 stainless steel.
